Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling Policy:

We offer worldwide delivery to both postal and street addresses, including in India, at minimal cost. Please ensure you provide a full street address with pin or zip code, as courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. 

For international shipments, some parcels may be left at the door if no one is available to receive them. In such cases, our courier agents cannot provide sign confirmation of delivery. Therefore, ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid disputes.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays in countries with a 5-day work culture, and in many Islamic countries, Fridays are off days. Delivery times may vary depending on the working hours of the courier companies in each country.

Calculating Shipping Cost:

Shipping cost is separate from the item's price and is based on the size or value of your order, whichever is higher.

Shipments:

Shipments to hotels, colleges, schools, or hostels are at the customer's risk. If the package is refused or not accepted for any reason, no refunds or credits will be issued. Customers may have to pick up the parcel from the courier office after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, with all associated charges borne by the customer.

Tracking Your Order:

Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and courier company details, along with the expected delivery date.

Address Change Requests:

Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing sangammedia3@gmail.com.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address:

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping addresses. Any penalties or fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer, not Sangam Fashion Couture.

Time to Ship:

Shipping times provided are indicative and approximate. Products may be shipped earlier or later depending on availability and other factors. Contact us for more accurate estimates.

What if any delays:

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail or call and for the same no compensation will be given.
However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to give you Credit Note for unfulfilled part of the order.
Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Covid,Tsunami etc... In such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.


VAT & Customs Duties:

VAT, custom taxes, and import duties are not included in the ordering process and must be paid directly by the buyer. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country, as well as any additional service charges by the courier company. We have no control over these charges.
